Who to promote?

I finally scraped together 20k hero feathers, and have three options for promoting to 5*.

1. Brave Bow+ Fodder
I have 2 Brave Lyn units, one with neutral IVs and the other with +RES,-HP. I'm thinking about promoting a Gordin or something so I can give her Brave Bow+. I don't really have another good bow user.

2. Cecilia
I have a nice IVs Cecilia (+ATK, -SPD) and she'd fit well in one of my Horse Emblem teams.

3. Effie
This would completely set my Armor Emblem team, but her IVs aren't that good. (-HP, +RES)

Do gordin and give it to your neutral lyn. Keep mulagir (however you spell it) on the +res one and run both on arena defense.

I reckon you'd get 50 wins this week.

Cecilia doesn't gain much unless you're running ta raven.

Better off wait for a better iv effie.

If you have a unit with brave lance+, definitely effie. Even with bad IVs, you can still inherit her brave lance over to the new one with better IVs later on. Brave lyn is broken even without skill inheritance. Her bow is way better than brave bow+. Don't do cecilia because she is not a really good unit. There are many better mages than her. I would give you 2 options.
1. Effie with the bad ivs
2. Wait for a better unit

Also, do you have any other 4 star units you really like? If so, list them and then we might be able to help you more

It depends on if you want to merge 5* units, since it obviously it takes a ridiculous amount of time and effort to get high merged 5* units.
So I've been looking through my army finding the units I have 8 of and I've been merging 4*s instead of promoting them to a 5*

I think Cecilia is one of the most common 3* and 4* green units in the game, so I think she should remain a 4*.

I really hate Armored units, but I think Effie and Hector are the only two I would use, her with Death Blow, Wary Fighter and a Brave Lance+ makes her pretty ridiculous assuming she reaches her enemy on player phase.
But I don't love the IVs yours has, so unless you would be fine with having a 5* merged Effie, maybe you should just hold off for a better Effie.

Since you don't have a good bow unit I would promote the brave bow unit and pass it onto your Brave Lyn.
Brave Bows are ridiculously useful, especially on Lyn who can receive Cavalry boosts.

If you have also LnD3 available for use with Lyn, go for Neutral Lyn with Brave Bow+.

effie and even with normal Brave lance can be useful

other option is wait for another unit,
--Lyn can run her default/standard build.
--Celicia will need a specific build
--Effie can be "useful" in 4* until you get any better
