Who needs refinements Part 3?

So with almost a bunch of Binding Blade/Blazing Sword cast+ Ephraim getting upgrades, let's see now who is left out. My thoughts are:

Corrin (M) - already outclassed even by a refined Silver Sword. Give him options to evolve to Blazing, Shadow, or Omega.

Rebecca - no reason to be in the 4*-5* pool. The middle ground archer. Potential to receive Rienfleche.

Kagero or Saizo - Kagero has been outclassed by Sothe, who holds a great prf, while Saizo could use a buff. Either can introduce Chakram.

Saber - No reason to be a 5*. His stats are similar to Minerva's, a jack-of all trades unit. Could probably receive something like Ilwoon.

Tana - Although she's already a good unit on her own, even if she changes weapon, the Vidofnir in my opinion needs fixing, something that could beat the Tanenboom!. A refinement similar to a Breath skill would be possible (and similar to Felicia), but against physical melee.

Tiki (Y) - a 5* exclusive with a terrible native weapon. Something like Divine Flame would be cool.

Raigh - no one talks about Raigh. He needs attention.

Odin - well talk about a meme. I'd like to see his Odin's Grimoire. Something that should compensate for his teddy bear attack.
