Who needs it more?

So, I've got Sigurd and Hana who both want the Heavy Blade seal because Sig has Aether, Hana Galeforce. Hana is going to use Swift Sparrow, and Sigurd is using DC. The question is, who needs it more? In the end both will be Max Merge. I'm hopeful they'll release a Flashing Blade seal that Hana can use, but in case they don't, I'm trying to figure out who has greater need of it.

Sigurd, mainly because he's way better than Hana.

Would Atk smoke seal combined with Spd Smoke C skill for Hana be a good mix?

What are their attack stats? Going off of nothing, I would say Hana. She can generally reach higher attack, and Sigurd almost needs the Quick Riposte seal for pure scoring (Crusader's Ward with DC is only for score). Heavy Blade is also more player phase (it works on player, but is kinda unreliable) too, and Sigurd is *much* better in the enemy phase.
