who to inherit shield pulse ?

Watching this question because I don’t have much use for my Saber.

I’ll either give someone shield pulse or his sword.

Shield Pulse isn't really that preferred since it's for skills like Aegis, but it is extremely useful for units that use them. If you have a unit with a more uncommon build (like a Distant Counter Jagen with Aegis) then put it on them, otherwise there really isn't many units that can utilize it since 99% of the FEH community prefer damaging specials.
