Who to give LnD?

I have one LnD to inherit, so I've thought on these heroes:

Karel: +Spd -Res (Has Defiant Attack and Wo Dao+Spd)
Sanaki: +HP -Def
Tharja: +Spd -HP (Has Darting Blow)
Delthea: +HP -Def (Has DEath Blow)
Nino: +Res -DEF(Has Defiant Spd)
Kagero: +Att -Res

Tharja is the best option, in my opinion. Any suggestion?

EDIT:Nino is -def, not -spd, sorry

Tharja and Karel are your best options, Kagero doesn't need it and prefers Death blow 3 instead while Nino most may argue Fury 3 is overall better for her as it helps her with tanking Reinhardt.

If you have other sword heroes that are better than Karel though then Tharja is overall a better option.

Tharja > Delthea > Nino > Kagero > Karel > Sanaki

Despite his low defensive stats, Karel's HP and SPD provides a lot of bulk so I wouldn't use LnD.

Sanaki's resistance is needed to proc ploys and tank mages, and she doesn't benefit much from the speed.

Tharja is a good choice as it further optimizes her spread, but it becomes slightly more likely a distant counter enemy kills you from full health in one hit. Still, it's only certain buffed Tikis and Zelgius and the benefits probably outweigh the drawbacks, especially compared to running Darting Blow.

Delthea is an alright choice, but I'd give it to Tharja since Delthea is already an awesome support unit with Dark Aura and Drive Atk 2. If you want to use her as a Bladetome though, it's not a bad choice.

-SPD Nino is a terrible IV bane but otherwise it's fine. I mostly run Fury on Nino as that allows her to tank Reinhardt in many situations which can come in handy.

Kagero has a hard time finding targets to make use of the extra speed and is threatened by a lot of the distant counter users so I wouldn't, at least not without a +SPD one.
