Who to give Distant Counter to?

I'm an F2P, and I've kept regular Hector for a long time and he isn't going anywhere anymore as I have his legendary version with a perfect IV (and no, I'm not doing Hector Emblem). I have a few choices for Distant Counter fodder:

+Spd -Def Titania (not sure what build to pull)

+Atk -HP Ares (have 7 copies of him)

Alfonse for maximum arena scoring (+Res Folkvangr, DC+QR+Aether)
