who to give distant counter?

I would like some recommendation of a character that takes advantage of it. I had thought Ayra, Amelía or W!Chrom. Some help?

What are their iv? If you don't care about iv then it should be chrom or amelia. Personally, ayra would be a waste because we have ike or ryoma already.
