Who to give DC to.

I'd say Sheena uses DC better than Ares since her res is so much better, but if you want to build them for arena then Ares needs DC to max his points while Sheena doesn't need it

Both good choices. Sheena hands down if you are going for arena scoring.

But if you are even questioning it... it turns out that a really good user of DC.... is Hector
