Who to give Chill Def

Cherche's a good user for it. Any Brave or Firesweep can make use of it, Firesweep in particular as they don't need Desperation so usually have less useful breaker skills. I gave my spare Chrom to L&D Firesweep Cordelia for reference.

If you dont have one already I'd hold onto it, chill def isnt as good as the practically of saving 2 hours of sp grinding, or slapping valor onto an Olivia Buuuut, I saw a pretty cool set for Soleil that used chill def, galeforce speed smoke C and heavy blade that was pretty cool
