Who to give certain weapons to

I've been trying to get my divine dew to upgrade either Minerva or Lyn but I'm stuck with 100 refining stones and two weapons I want to upgrade, but not on these particular heroes.

First is a Peri (Killerlance+ to get Slayinglance) and second is a Karel (Wo Dao+).

What characters benefit the most of these two weapons?

both those characters are terrible. dont waste your stones on them. you can't inherit refined weapons.

Er, not really. You can pass the weapon over to another character and have him/her learn the traits. That's what I did with Berkut's Lance (and Lance+): I gave it to Effie, learned +, and refined it to get +Res. Now she's able to tank magic hits and retaliate with Distant Counter.

For your question, it would depend on your playstyle; if cavalry is your main thing, go for Peri (at least until you get a good lancer like, say, Camus); if infantry, go for Wo Dao+.

ty for the reply, but you misunderstood my question, I dont want either of those two. I'm interested in salvaging these pity breakers and use their weapons. But I can't really figure who to give Wo Dao + or Slayinglance to.
I was thinking about giving Olivia the Wo Dao but I don't have her with good IV yet and have other dancers that dont take the red spot on my team.

If you built Lloyd up, he could use Wo Dao+. You can also try it with someone like Hana or Fir. As for Slaying Lance+, there's Effie's DC build that can run Bonfire if this is the weapon you're toting.

Those are what I can think of off the top of my head now..
