Who gets the most out of VF?

So, i got pitybroken by a Grima -spd +hp in the Bunny Banner, but i already have a -def +hp Grima not too invested (I only gave him Svalinn, Sol, Swap and Ward Armors), and i'm planning to use the latter as VF fooder instead of merge. So, out of my armors, who benefits the most out of it?
My armors:
Arden (not even close)
Zelgius +atk -res
Hardin +atk -res
LA!Eliwood
Sheena in the bench +def -hp (Literally never use her)
LA!Hector +def -spd (One of my most used units atm)
Amelia +res -hp

Sheena, because she has great mixed bulk, a Slaying Weapon and can proc aether on second counterattack.

Amelia has optimal IVs, but is less likey to get doubled and doesnt quite have Sheenas bulk.

Hardin is good too.

Hardin already makes great use of his default Bold Fighter and can use QR3 SS to double on both phases.

Since you use LA!Hector a lot (mine has the exact same IVs), he also greatly benefit from it and can run Aether to keep him in the VF range.

Zelgius and Sheena also make great use of VF. Sheen has mixed bulk and Zelgius can proc Black Luna more.
