I have been running some calcs and I found that Cordelia with the right build can ORKO 101 out of the current 118 characters; only dying to 5 given the set below and assuming neutral or worse IVs on the opponents. (Of course these numbers would change both for both the better and the worse with team buffs and enemy IVs and debuffs.)

My question is, can anyone find a character who can get more ORKOs on attack.
Most of the blade users come high too over 100 i belive (included buffs what would be the disadvantage).
+atk Cheche, Kagero(more if you use life and death) Reinhardt and Chrom(huge amount on work brave sword and death blow) are top heroes too this 4 should reach 80-95 ORKO.with death blow .
I must say that Cordellia has insane stats spread she is really overpowerd as a brave user still to be in average spd lvl of arround 30~.
That's presuming the other team wouldn't have fury, horn speed, or use threaten speed on them. Although slow, Effie can get into 97ish range with a +att -spd roll with a brave weapon and moonbow. Keep her A and B passive. And don't need to worry about speed of the other unit and only 4 of the neutral axe hero can ORKO her on the flip side.
