Who do I give DC to? pls help

Hey guys so I just pulled an extra Hector (please dont hate me) with bad IVs and was wondering who should I inherit him off to? Right now my options are Alm with +HP -ATK, Sharena, Effie with +ATK -DEF, and Zephiel. Alm and Sharena are 5* while Effie and Zephiel are 4*. I know Zephiel is an absolute monster with distant counter but I don't have 20k feather at the moment. Alm is only option because he's one of my favorite characters and I want to make him somewhat usable. Last option is to forget about inheritance and merge my Hectors into a super Hector. Thoughts?
