Who could use Wrath best?

So I summoned a Nephenee recently who I like to use as fodder for her B skill Wrath. I'd like to know from you guys which hero would stand out the most with it, or which unit could use it better than others. Here are my considerable options:
- Ike +1 (+Spd -HP)
- Lyn +1 (+Atk -Res)
- Mia with Swift Sparrow (+HP -Res)
- S!Robin (+Spd -Res)
- S!A!Tiki (+Spd -HP)
They are all quite fast with 40 spd minimum. If you'd like to share your ideas please let me know. Thanks in advance!

All good candidates. Is there demand in your barracks for a particular colour of unit or do you have a favourite among these?

I do have less axe units than sword and lance units. I like all of them, but I especially like S!A!Tiki, Mia and Ike.
I feel like Ike is outclassed by his legendary variant, so he's been sitting on the bench for a while now.

I dunno about best, but I would think Lyn could make really good use of it since her Sol Katti comes with Brashperation, thus freeing up her B slot.

I have a Mia with wrath and she’s amazing but if you use wrath on her keep flashing blade
