Who to choose?

I'm at a loss as to what CYL 2 unit to choose. I've spent all my orbs trying for either Hector or Ephraim, but have only been pity broken by Minerva (+ATK -HP, not too bad...) and Rhajat (+ATK, -HP. Again.) I have an armor emblem team comprised of Zelgius, LA!Hector, Effie (With a brave lance, no DC fodder) and Winter Lissa. I'm not sure if I should use my free summon for Hector, who is basically just a blue version of himself, or Ephraim, who honestly looks like a lot of fun to use. Help...
