Who carries Fortify Cavalry?

With Legendary Eirika, I think I have the Cavalry dream team now; Summer Cordelia, WT Olwen, Brave Veroinica, and Legendary Eirika.

I'm just torn about how to arrange hone/fortify now. It's tricky because I have a preference to give Atk Smoke to either of my melee.

Opinions anyone?

Depends on their builds.

For example, I'm planning on giving my Cordelia LnD3 to make her a glass cannon so Fortify Cav would make sense on her since she won't need the bulk.

Brave Veronica's Close Guard is too good to switch up, imo.

I don't even like Veronica on horse teams personally because they tend to use hones and fortifies so the buff from her staff doesn't get any use. She's definitely very deadly with hone support though.

I feel like Veronica is so versatile, she can easily fit on any team.

Probably not optimal (or even useable for quests) but she has so much to offer in terms of her weapon, her C skill, and her mobility.

I thought Cordelia was infantry? Either way B!Veronica should carry fortify cavalry. Dont know who you'd give hone but Olwen ofc is out of the question

Looks pretty intuitive to me. Eirika wants the fortify, Olwen wants the fortify, and Cordelia wants the fortify. So Veronica is providing it unless you're going to do two fortifies, in which case you need to decide, when you go for square formation, whether you expect the front line to be double melee or one melee one ranged. Set the team up to make sure Olwen definitely gets a hone 100% of the time and as often as possible gets the fortify as well.

I'm personally leaning to Cordelia, since she doesn't want bulk. Veronica keeps her Close Guard because that skill is amazing, and True Eiricav should carry Hone. That way you can fully buff Olwen and slaughter with blade tome. Olwen should probably have Hone, but Fortify works. My S!Cordelia is -hp +spd so she is actually fairly bulk with Fury; 69/59, so if Eiricav and Cordelia are mixed phase or can be mixed phase, Fortify can help, but Hone would work very nicely for super offense (i.e. Cordelia having L&D).

Put it on Cordelia and Veronica, hone on the former and fortify on the latter.
Eirika prefers to fight alone so she won’t stick around and olwen has a blade tome
