Who can use Odd Attack Wave?

Odd Atk Wave is bad in general, most combat happens form turn 2 onward, and because of that, odd atk wave is mostly just a waste of a skill slot.

I think odd attack wave works well in infantry and mixed teams, so I wouldnt put it on any of your horse, flier or armor core people. I like the skill personally. I would put it on anyone really that didnt have an exclusive C skill. That being said ishtar is one of my favorite units and i will continue to use any extra for merges
