Who can I inherit Mirror Strike off to?

Title says it all. I don't plan using or building Oliver. I already have a ton of blues mages and I don't like his character. I was thinking Linde Delthea or Nino. Any other suggestions?

Answers

Best on units with high res and high speed, but average attack. Use on a unit who can OHKO, but fast enough to double. They will make the most of this skill.

I wouldn't bother with any of the three you mentioned. They want speed and attack increased. Maybe Julia or Deirdre.
