who is the best flying unit in terms of offense?

im usin wf hinoka and camilla as buff bots, both carrying goad fliers, and i want someone who can really capitalize off of their buffs.

Probably Cherche. If we're talking about pure 100% raw power, Cherche is probably the best flying unit.

I'd go with Cherche and Cordelia who are now easy to get/merge

a good IV winter Camilla and Minerva shouldnt be underestimated too

Because you're using goad fliers, blade tome mages isn't an option (if you want that, use hone on Hinoka and foritfy on Camilla).
The best offensive fliers right now are
Red: Elincia
Blue: Cordelia, Shigure, Tana
Green: Cherche
Cordelia and Cherche are budget.

Just means that they both can be obtained in 3* and 4* rarities, so if you are F2P, these are solid choices. Elincia, Tana, and Shigure (for now) are only obtainable at 5* which means they are harder to pull and may require you spend some serious orbs to pull.
