Who are these?

If they're classified as from Heroes, the second one looks like Kaze, but I have no idea who the first one is. Are you sure they are in Heroes?

I believe they're 2 of 4 cypher original characters.
They did appear in Echoes as DLC

Looks like more OCs from what I can tell. Either that, or they're different designs for Yuzu and Randal.

Edit: Can confirm. The first is Yuzu, the second is Randal.
