Who To 5 Star

I have reached 20,000 feathers yet again, and I'm wondering what I should do with them. The units that might be worth it 2ill be listed below.

Olivia +spd -hp
Lukas +res -def (I'm only listing this because this is my first Lukas and I really want to use him, though thoes IVs hurt...)
Two 4 star Masked Marths for merging
Frederick +atk -def
Xander (I prefer Brave Roy for horse emblem)
Sharena, Anna, and Alfonse

Any thoughts?

Olivia is better with a res bane, because she's fast (usually given Fury or Spd +3) so she's usually dealing with only 1 attack and an HP bane weakens her buk for both attacks types instead of only 1 by that math.

The others are ok, and honestly if you aren't using Xander (Brave Roy is great) then I say hold your feathers. I mean hell...I've been sitting on 50-60k for a while now, I just 4-star some heroes to work on my 4-star merges lately.

The only characters in the 4 star pool I really have my eyes on are Lukas, Reinhardt, Effie, Nino, and Boey. I've gotten all of these characters at least once now, though every time they have bad (or just not optimal) IVs.

Reinhardt could be a good investment. I pulled a +HP -Def Rein a long time ago and honestly thought he was going to be vantage fodder (I literally never pulled Lon'qu for the longest time). One day I decided to bring him up to a 5 star and then I realized why everyone loves/hates him.

Olivia really needs at least neutral hp so she can survive better, though she can works with -hp too, but, i see no reason for you to 5 stars her as she can do as good at 4 stars (if you need more BST for arena purpose, 4 stars merged version of her is a better bet)

As for the others, if you really have to, you can choose your Lukas, but, -def really hurts him, and +res won't even help him survive red mages better, I'm sorry
Frederick is kinda meh outside horse emblem, but if you are planning to use him instead of Celica, he's a better choice than Titania
Same case with Frederick, Xander won't do great outside horse emblem, so, don't waste your feathers on him
The starter trio could do fine at 5 stars, especially Sharena (Anna is kinda fragile, and Alfonse needs a lot of work to be a great unit by himself), if you really want to promote someone, you can choose Sharena, or else, just hold your feathers for a while

Though this is obvious, I was going to use Frederick for horse emblem, as Titania doesn't cut it without DC. I do have a bad IV Raven for Brave Axe+, though in the reply to Ryonsuke (hope I remembered their name right) I listed off my feather priorities.

Ah, unless your Reinhardt is -Atk, you can 5 stars him since he can help both in arena and Tempest Trial a lot, cavalry buffs will help with his Atk either
Effie can work with 5 stars as long as her bulk is unhindered
Nino is better off as merged 4 stars actually, but if she doesnt have Atk or Spd boon, just wait for it
Boey, well, he's tricky to use if you are keeping his owl tome, but he can works, if his bulk is unhindered, of course

Otherwise, you can just go with Frederick
