Who to 5* merge?

I have 46 5*'s and almost 85k feathers, and I plan to stop summoning for awhile after the hero fest unless I stock up on a ton of f2p orbs or another hero fest event comes out. I can stay in the 19-20 arena range with my armor team, so that gives me a steady supply of orbs and feathers. Here are a few units I would not mind merging up:

Marth+1: I have 2 4* versions
Effie: 2 4*'s
Nino: 4 4*'s, 2 3*'s
Jakob: 2 4*'s
Mathilda: 2 4*'s
Zephiel: 1 3*
BK: 1 4*
M Marth: 1 4*
Clive: 1 4*

Here are some 4*s and 3*'s I could 5* and merge
F!Corrin: 4 4*'s, 4 3*'s
Merric: 3 4*'s
Setsuna: 5 3*'s
Gwendolyn: 4 4*'s, 5 3*'s
Sophia: 1 4*, 5 3*'s
Henry: 1 4*, 4 3*'s
Frederick: 1 4*, 5 3*'s
A!Tiki: 4 4*'s, 3 3*'s (i already have a Y!Tiki)
Cecelia: 6 3*'s

I have other units, but these seem like some of the best picks. For the most part I have the roles of the units I can merge up covered by 5*'s, but it wouldn't hurt to have some merged variety. I already have a 4*+5 Beruka. F!Corrin would be a cool debuffer in Arena Assault, as my only other blue dragon is two Ninians. Any advice is appreciated :) .

Also, I have a 5* Marth +spd -hp, with fury and renewal as a falchion healer and he’s surprising solid! 50 attack, 40 speed, 32 defence, 26 resistance. Might use some of the spare 4*s I’ve got at some point to merge him up a few levels at 5*.

BK is a beast so merge him, after that if you have feathers to spare I would merge nino, effie (if you have a brave lance+ fodder) or cecilia (if you are planning to do a horse emblem because the buffs gives her one of the highest single hit damages in the game if you equip her with groonblade +)

First of all, what are the IV's of the following:
- Effie (if +Atk -Spd or -HP, promote her)
- Nino (if +Spd -HP or -Def, promote her)
- Frederick (if +Atk -HP or -Res, promote him)
- Cecilia (if +Atk -HP or -Def, promote her)

Otherwise, stick to what the others said. Black Knight is very good. Not insanely good as Ayra or Mia, but good enough to be promoted and merged.
