Who to 5*?

Got enough feathers to promote a unit, but I have a fair few to choose from:

+Spd -HP Marth
+Atk -Def Mathilda
+Atk -Res Frederick
+Spd -Def Camilla
+Spd -Def Nino
Neutral F!Robin
+Def -HP Jeorge
+Spd -Res Kagero
+Res -Def Cecilia
+Atk -Res Roy
Berkut and Hawkeye to merge.
Or a Chrom to inherit Aether to one of my better units.

the unit you should upgrade depends on what you have and on what you want to do with them..

Fredrick cuz he has perfect IVs and he's a TT bonus unit so it's easy to farm another 3000 feathers

Nino has perfect IV and thr best investment in the long run.

If you take Marth and give him darting blow then he reaches 40 spd. You can give him quick riposte as a b skill and then he can double in both situations most of the time. Should the spd still not enough then you can even buff and give him a spd seal. He can reach up to 46 spd with that.

Frederick is pretty good too. Especially when you consider the current tempest with him as a bonus ally. With high atk i would give him a brave axe with death blow or sturdy blow. Sturdy Blow helps his high def to accumulate much more, thats especially pretty good for bonfire or ignis.

I like Kagero more with high atk, the thought of killing an enemy with one blow is for me much better, then attacking him twice.

If you gathered alot of your F Robins then even she can be pretty nice. Although i have to admit that she means alot of investment. What is great with her is close counter with Gronnowl+. She can buff herself with her high def and her comrades can buff here additonally.

Cecilia would be a good anti-meta choice, but you really want a +atk IV on her if possible, so she can potentially one-shot Nowi's. Good choice to merge to +10 in the long run. Amazing enemy phase against Brave Lyn and Reinhardt.
