Are the new white wing weapon effects brave attacks or just doubles?

Based on the description of Brave weapons, Whitewing weapons are basically brave weapons on steroids.

Yes, I have Catria, and she is quading everyone.
It is a little akward to have 2 fliers around to activate this, but effect is worth it.
Every flier emblem shoud have at least one Whitewing.

the phrase"unit attacks twice" means brave weapons. It will always mean brave if it says that, and it won't mean it if it doesnt

It gives the brave effect when initiating. So you can quad on PP and all you really need is 2 more speed than your opponent. +3 in all stats is a good skill, but putting the brave effect on it is ridiculous.

It does have to be on a flier team(Or 3 fliers and whatever else I guess...) to meet the requirement, but I guess that was IS' way of buffing flier teams since they normally get shafted with all the new skill limitations that come out.

A lot of good skills are out there that Cavalry and Fliers aren't able to use. While Hone Fliers is one of them, there are many more offensive and defensive skills that Fliers can't use. And unlike Cavalry, Fliers don't really have multiple nukes from multiple colors that you could choose from, at least previously.
