Whitewing refine?

Does the flier restriction in their weapon effects apply to them getting their free double attacks?

Just tried it out with my Catria and I can confirm that you do need to meet the 2+flying allies restriction to get the stat boost and the double attack on initiation. Though this does mean that any one of the Whitewing units can become quad attack units with either adequate speed buffs or breaker skills
