Which zelgius?

Keep the +Spd -HP. Having 36 spd allows him to prevent alot of doubles as opposed to 33. Whether you fodder or merge the other is completely up to you although the only real skill he has for fodder is fierce stance. Dorkas also has this skill and he's easier to pull being green. Zelgius comes with panic ploy and the only other character to have that skill is Valter, but it's a seal. I'd say merge him.
