Which witch?

I've done my last summoning on the Halloween banner and in the end I have two contenders for my final Nowi; +Att -Def and +Spd -HP. She will have Rauorblade+ for Flier Emblem and I'm tempted to go for +Spd as neutral 32 is a tad slow but at +Att she reaches 50 attack which is a very nice number. Any suggestions on which is better?

+Spd, she's gonna need it to be an effective blade sweeper, +3 speed seal puts her at 38 so that's a good enough range.

+Spd is a must-have for H!Nowi to perform at her highest level, the +Atk/-Def is a really nice boon/bane combination but +Spd is key.
