Which V!Ike should I keep?

I pulled a +spd -def V!Ike on this legendary banner, and also still have the free one in my barracks.

I'm not entirely sure which one I should keep. I really like +spd, but would the -def be worth it?

I think the +spd, even with -def, would be better than the neutral one. You benefit a lot from that extra speed. Think of it like a way to be bulkier, because 15x1 is always better than 12x2(unless a very specific situation happened, for example that 15 dmg killing you but the first 12 dmg hit doesn't and it lets you survive, proc Aether and kill your opponent, but still, I'm talking about normal, full HP encounters). He still has 32 defense and at least his resistance is not reduced.

You're right, his survivability would be better with 3 more speed than having 3 more defense. Thanks for the advice!

Yea ike needs all the speed he can get! He wants to get hit then QR with an aether. getting doubled messes up his breth sequence and often kills him!
