Which units should demote with 3.0?

Mostly old units that are really underperforming and/or have at least an alt.

I think all non-seasonal units from until 2.0, but mainly I'd like to have Leo, Grey, Sonya and Rhajat as I wanna build them to +10 but at the moment I am not motivated to pull on them

I'll be happy if ephraim or alm got demoted.
then I will have a project to +10.

Y!Tiki, Lyn, Olwen and Deirdre are the ones I want for merge projects (yes I know Rein exists but I still refuse to give into temptation)
Some that I think just need to be demoted include Luke, Leo, Julia, Ephraim, Jaffar, Mist and Azura

Celica and Genny for a +10 project and to have them on a ream with Boey and Mae

Leo, QR3 at 4*
Katarina, Atk Ploy at 4*, Rauðrowl and Swift Sparrow access
Sonya, Res Ploy at 4*
Faye, Firsweep Bow access
Hinoka, Hone Fliers at 4*
and every poor unit that is a disappointment to get for 99% of players; Mist, Saber, Luke etc.

I'd like all inhertiablt weapons to be in the 4* pool, I think it's just Rauðrowl and Firesweep Bow we're missing but if there are others, then add them in to.

Aside from those other have listed I'd say:

Amelia - She's overshadowed by Green Axe units so a demotion would maybe help her (she only offers Armor March fodder-wise).
Azura - Olivia, Silvia, and Free Y!Azura I think she can stand being demoted.
Delthea - Drive skill access are already in the 4* pool, so she doesn't have any premium fodder.
Elise - She's a good unit sure, but not one necessary to 5* lock
Gray - I know he was mentioned, but seriously Valor skills are not a reason to 5* lock a character anymore.
Leo - Again I know he was mentioned as well, but Subaki eats too many feather dag-nabbit.
Linde - Again nothing really fodder worthy on her, and her refine is Identical to Merric so no reasons she should be 5* only.

Surprised nobodies listed young ike. (imo tho its more like he should be scoured from existence). Wth hes a strictly worse version of himself in every way possible.
