Which units have best synergy with Chill Res?

Catrias: +ATK-HP and 3 bad IVs. So no Tiki but I got 3 glorious Chill Res ´◡`

After some research and careful thoughts, I fed one to Reinhardt... then I watched him struggle against Berkut's Lance Effie and Fjorm and started to regret. He used to so easily obliterate them with Lancebreaker ´_｀...

What kind of units have the best synergy with these pretty jewels? I can't think of any besides my mages who are all somehow inseparable from their Wings of Mercy￣▽￣

Units that have the power to OHKO foes or just benefit from it. Units like: Micaiah, Vanilla Reinhardt, HS!Micaiah, BB!Sanaki, LA!Lyn (Very expensive build) . Units with High Atk will go well with Chill Res.

Some dragons can probably use it.

I put mine on my Reinhardt and while it now won't OHKO some lance units, I'm able to clean house with mages that have high Res. I think it's a worthy investment.

cheerleaders would like those skills.
like OG Marth, Titania, or MCorn

Chil Def is actually preferred on those units over Chill Res, but Chill Res could be a great choice for a team with Magic allies.

Reinhardt doesn't want Chill Res. Reinhardt wants lancebreaker. Reinhardt wants someone else on his team to run Chill Res.

I gave it to my Firesweep Lyndis Khan for cheesing out some infernal and abyssal map clears.

Put it on units designed to support mages.

I decided to reserve one for Titania and perhaps have her babysit two blade tomes together with Reinhardt. This will be fun *-*
