Which Takumi...? And Close Counter?

In past banner of Threaten Speed I summoned my first Takumi, with -att +def. Today, with the free summon of Taku and Hinoka, I summoned a second Takumi, with -def +res. Which Takumi do you think is better? first taku has less attack, but 7 point plus of defense.

And... a good hero for inherit Clse counter? In this moment I have:

- Reinhardt (Death Blow)
- Arvis (Fury)
- Lilina ((+res, attack +3)
- Tharja (+spd, Darting blow)
- Leo (Neutral, without A)

- Merric (Neutral, HP+5)
- Boey (+spd, -res, Earth Boost)
- Julia (-att, +spd, res+3)
- Nino (-res, -spd, Defiant spd)
- Jeorge (+spd, -def, defiant att)
- Faye (No comments)
- B!Lyn (+hp, -spd, swifth sparrow)

Or better merge both...?
