Which Sumia

Trying on the new Christmas banner, got a -res+hp sumia.
Already have one at -spd+att ivs.
Which one is better, and should I inherit her skills or merge?

I would say keep the -Spd +Atk one since you can manage her Spd lose with a refine and she keeps her magic bulkiness without the -Res.

You could merge her, because she gets +1 Hp and +1 Spd and that's not bad.
BUT I would suggest to keep her for fodder material.
Reprisal Lance is a really cool weapon and CD and Atk/Def Link are REALLY good skills.

I second keeping -Spd +Atk. I have her -Spd +Def and she's still pretty quick, especially on flier emblem, though I do run QR2 on her to ensure she doubles.

She has very good fodder so I'd keep the spare in case you ever need any of it.
