Which Sigurd to use? Merge other or keep for Close def?

Hey....Got extremely lucky and managed to pull two Sigurd's, I got -spd +res and +atk - res....Now normally I would lean toward the +atk but as his main point is tanking I'm kind of torn on which to use

Also would you keep the second one or merge into the first?
