Which seal to Lv. 3 first or what order of priority?

The Lv. 2 seals I have are Squad Ace E (Atk+2), Distant Def, Close Def, Heavy Blade, and Drive Def (Drive Def 1 is equivalent to a Lv. 2 seal so Drive Def 2 is going to cost the same as any other Lv. 3 seal).

Heavy Blade, Distant Defense, and Close Defense are top priority.

Distant def and heavy blade should be top priorities. Close def should be right up there. Personally, I can speak from experience and say distant def should be a high priority. I didn’t upgrade mine and I needed to just to have a shot at doing the GHB Elite quests. It was the difference between success and failure for Robin.

Distant Defense and Close defense are, in my opinion, the most important. Then Heavy Blade.

3.) QR
4.) HB
5.) Atk Smoke
6.) Guidance/Atk +/Spd+/Ploys(interchangeable depending on teams)
7.) Threaten Atk/Spd
8.) Everything Else

5)Def Ploy
6)Attack and Speed Seals

top: DD, CD, quick riposte

Mid: Drive Def and Atk+3, def+3, spd+3 etc
