I was building my +spd -atk summer innes, and almost have him completed except for the sacred seal. I was initially planning on giving him astra as his special and heavy blade as the sacred seal to shorten the activation time, but then I reconsidered using a shorter cooldown special like moonbow. Also he's player phase with death blow, desperation, and has the spd weapon refine. Would it be better for me to keep heavy blade as his sacred seal or should I change to something else?
He has High HP, so maybe a Panic ploy would be worth your while, but since he only hits 44 Atk, I'd hold off on the heavy blade and maybe do quickened pulse, or an atk seal?
A speed seal could also be nice, hits 46 speed, or something that hits his team that he doesnt need, drive def, def tactic, res tactic etc
Panic seal is nice on him outside flier emblem and can easily use it because of his unrestricted movement. In flier emblem, you can give him Heavy Blade since he can stack atk easily even with a bane: On initiation, his weapon grants him +2, Death Blow +6, Hone Fliers +6, double Goad Fliers +8.
