Which Saber

So I got REALLY lucky and pulled 2 Sabers. I pulled one on my first summon circle. Nice! Go to look at his IVs... -Atk +HP. ....okay. I want to try and pull another for better IVs. about 30-40 orbs later: 2nd Saber. YES. Check IVs... -Atk +Res. ....RIP me.

So now I want to build Saber, and I'm done spending orbs. Which one would be best? Or are they both not that salvage-able? I'm leaning more towards the +HP one, but idk at this point. What do you all think??
