I would say +Spd -Res, but it depends on what you are using him for.

So just as an FYI, I'm going through this same debate right now between my +Def/-Spd Inigo vs. the +Atk/-Res one I just pulled. Boy would I prefer that Attack boon because he doesn't really need the Defense boon to deal with Lyn, but if you do it, be warned: he needs Deflect Magic or a Fortify Res buff to survive Quickbow Rein.
