Which of the optional ivs matter most in the long run?

My 5*+7 Nino is +atk -def, and she's very powerful. However, i have noticed that sometimes a +spd would have been better on her (to overcome a situation my +atk wouldn't naturally overcome that). Will my nino be able to still hold her ground as i face more heavily merged units?

If I recall correctly, a +Speed IV is more important than a +Attack IV for Blade Tome users.

She should. If you're worried, a +spd seal can fix her up.

She needs the Spd to double more units. If doubling with Bladetomes buffs, she will destroy almost everything (specially with Desperation).

If going all the way to +10 and still using blade tome, I would suggest +spd/-atk. This helps out her meager defenses and you won't notice the -atk anyway with buffs. A +spd/-res could work as well. You start seeing less and less mages at higher arena scores, and dragons will still target the defense stat.
