Which one should stay which one merges?

So I got two Lutes both with amazing ivs but I'm at a loss which one would be better to build upon. One is +Spd/-Def (Pitcured below) while the other one is +Spd/-Hp.

I think -HP a bit better due to def superbone.
you lower her magical bulk, but have higher physical bulk.
well, she have tons magical bulk already anyway.

-def is by far better because you won’t survive a hit anyway with 49 physical bulk

Also I probably wouldn’t merge because she has ploy fodder (unless you really like her)
