Which one is best and Cordelia

I can't decide on which of the New Year units are the best to invest training in. I'm not going to do much, but I want to keep them in mind at least. The IVs for the units are:

Azura - HP+/Res-, HP+/Atk-, Spd+/Atk-
Camilla - Atk+/Spd-, neutral
Takumi - Res+/HP-, Def+/Atk-

I also drew a 5-star Cordelia with Spd+/HP-, but I already have an Atk+/HP- version. Should I keep the Speed boon since I have a 5-star Roderick I can fodder for Fireweep Lance+?

In my opinion, I would choose the heroes whose important stats aren't harmed in any way, which usually are the attack and spped stat. Thus, I'd pick the +HP/-Res Azura, the neutral Camilla and the +Res/-HP Takumi. About Cordelia, I recommend using a battle calculator like KageroChart (https://kagerochart.com/damage-calc) and experiment with different builds and IVs and see what the best one of them all is. Personally, I have a +Atk/-HP Firesweep Cordelia with Darting Blow and she does the job quite well.
