Which Ogma is better

I have one who is +atk/-res, and one who is+spd/-res. How to choose?

It's a tough choice as both IVs are absolutely excellent.

If you're planning on keeping Brave Sword+, then keeping +ATK/-RES would be the preferred option to maximize those first two blows.

If you're inheriting a new weapon to him (which is highly recommended!) I think that +SPD would be more valuable as it will improve both his defenses and offensives.

But you can't really go wrong with either one.

The only problem there is I can't get Infantry Pulse, and I don't have anyone ready to pass Wo Dao+ to him. Is that the alternate weapon most recommended for him?

Yeah. I wouldn't worry about Infantry Pulse. Panic Ploy would be a worth substitute, or any C slot that supports your team.

If you can't run Wo Dao+ then Slaying Edge+ or (much less rare) Killing Edge+ would do the trick. Just switch the Special to Bonfire. If you don't have those, Tobin's Armorslayer+ wouldn't be a bad option...but I'd still run Moonbow in that scenario.

Moonbow with Slaying Edge would probably be good, though I'd have to give up my 4 star +spd Lon'Qu that I already gave Slaying Edge to. Would that be wise? And that's for the +spd one?
