Which NY! Azura build

So I got a +Spd minus hp azura?I was think about these two builds on my flier emblem team.Which is better for a team filled with mostly glass cannons except for Legendary Robin.Will have a hone and fortify fliers buff as I have different units for each on my team and she has a full summoner support with robins boost.I am willing to put in investment for both builds.
