Which Nino should I use + Build help

In my quest to get Julia I ended up getting 2 Ninos while also finally getting a Julia. The Julias +Def -Res for reference.

The first Nino was +Spd, -Att 4*
The second Nino was +Att, -HP 3*

I see most people recommend Nino should have a +Spd build to help do crazy doubling, but the -Att feels like such a detriment that its not worth investing skills and 20k feathers in her.

So is a +Spd Nino worth it so bad even if it has -Att, should I invest in my +Att, -HP Nino, or should I attempt to be patient and hope I roll another Nino someday (I've been saying this for 3 months for Ryoma though and it aint happened yet lmao
