Which nino and with what skills?

I'm using a +spd -def with fury + desperation and I'd say that you can't go wrong with that build. You can actually tank some magic thanks to it and it can naturally get you to desperation range without having to rely on ardent sacrifice.

For the record, this is my opinion.

Go with -def +spd (in my opinion those are her best IVs), you really want those doubles, which will also mean doing more damage. Also, mine uses Fury, it allows you to keep Draw Back and she can generally survive at least one exchange (especially if it's magical) and be in Desperation range for the rest of the fight. Besides, Fury is much easier to get.

You should definitely go for the +spd -def Ninio as she would want more speed since the blade tome already gives her a lot of damage output. Also go with fury because with these exact IVs she can actually survive a +atk, death blow, hone cavalry boosted Reinhardt which is really good. If you had -hp or res this wouldn't work so you got the optimal IVs in my opinion
