Which Ninian to keep?

I have three Ninians. Their ivs are -res +def, -def +res, and -spd +def. I know none of these are optimal but I want to use two of them as Fortify Dragon fodder.

I'd say +def -res is best. Unless the -4 penalty to resistance is too much, I think it's optimal.

+Def/-Res is actually the very same Ninian that I own.

The speed bane Ninian would be rather bad as a dancer usually relies on her speed to avoid doubles. But id say you should use the +Def/-Res Ninian. With Triangle Advantage, she'll be pretty much safe against all red lords and if you toss her Swordbreaker, even Falchion users die, which is a plus as well as letting her clean up swords in general. Red mages won't be an issue and the only blue mage you'll always see is Reinhardt and only specialized tanks or green units survive Reinhardt.

edit: I only just got my Ninian to lv 40 but I'm still working on a build for her myself but the above will likely be what I end up using.
