Which Ninian to inherit fortify dragons off of

So I managed to pull two Ninians in the new tempest trials banner. Their IVs are:

+HP/-DEF and +DEF/-RES.

I'm planning to give fortify dragons to my Y.Tiki as she's currently the bulkiest in my dragon emblem team but I'm not sure which Ninian I should fodder as these IVs are kind of hard to compare.
