Which myrrh to choose?
During the L!Hector banner, i got 2 Myrrhs.
One is neutral IV
Another is -atk/+def IV
Which one to use? And should I merge the other one?

I have to disagree with preferring the neutral one in this case.
On the atk bane one, her equipped atk will be 49 (30 base +16 weapon + 3atk wpn effect) with preferential targeting for ranged units, and dealing magic damage against melee units versus 52 atk for the Neutral one. That will only translate into 3 damage to an enemy per attack she makes.
Keep in mind, for Great Flame's effect to "prevent extra attacks" against her, she has to have 5 more def than the enemy. 39 def will really help her get above most of the units def in the game and many non armor units make it into the mid/upper 30's in their def stat. Example Beruka has 37 def and Lukas has 38!
You can also pair her with allies with Goad Fliers skills and stack that skill for up to +12 atk, or give her a Brazen Atk skill for 7 extra atk in combat or both!
If you merge her, you'll get +1 to HP and +1 to Res, so it's up to you if merging is worth it. You can also build two Myrrh's for different teams if you wish as well. I keep different builds of Hector for mixed emblem and armor emblem so I don't have to constantly switch skills and seals.

But Lukas shouldn't be doubling Myrrh unless it's some kind of unorthodox speed build, which is not very often that you'll encounter that, same with Beruka, and even if you do, you have 3 other opportunities to counter her.
With a neutral Myrrh, and Fortify Dragons/Fortify Fliers, she'll hit 42 defense. 48 with the help of Close Def (which is occasionally swapped for Iote's Shield depending on if she's running Distant Counter), and not to mention other defense-boosting invisible buffs like Ward Dragons/Ward Fliers, Drive Def, etc.
Plus stat-boosting A slots like Atk/Def Bond.
Mostly just a matter of preference, but I can't see why taking a defense boon is worth taking an attack bane when her defense can already hit astronomical levels already.
Just my opinion.

Briefly stated, the extra defense paired with her weapon skill can help cement her survival against powerful reds and deny the greatest possible number of one hit/one turn kills against her.
Previously I kept my examples confined to the 4* pool, however, for expanded consideration: M Grima, Dorcas, Exalt Chrom, Young Tiki, Summer Xander, Brave Ike, Sigurd, Siegbert, Shiro, Linus, Kana both genders, F Corrin, Joshua, Ike, Ares, Ayra, Black Knight, Zelgius, etc.
Granted Myrrh should not be deliberately engaging reds, however, there are "those moments" that do take one by surprise/can't be helped. This is towards maximizing her survivability in "worst case scenarios".
I agree fully that all manner of def buffing skills are great synergy for her weapon effect, though fortify dragons can be difficult to obtain as M Kana isn't in a daily/weekly GHB rotation yet. And I am very happy that Ward Fliers has finally made it into the 4* pool thanks to Shigure! ^w^ <3 Sadly, I haven't been able to get many copies of him for fodder just yet.
And very few maps have a turn limit "to win" condition, so anything that makes your units harder to kill generally benefits the team. And I previously explained how the difference in atk can be more than made up for.
As for unconventional speed builds, I actually received a +spd Mryhh from the same banner, and have built her and her team to take advantage of that. Sometimes it's really fun to create unexpected builds. ^w^
Yes, builds are up to preference, ^w^ and I would never tell someone they made a "wrong" choice or push someone into choosing what "I think is correct" X3 Hopefully, we can see that there is "a case" to be made for the value of the +def/-atk, and that it does have potential/options to be considered before making a decision. That's all.
I see now that saying "I disagree with preferring the neutral" may have come across as too opinionated. Perhaps, "The def boon one shouldn't be dismissed without some consideration beforehand." would have been better phrasing?
You have excellent points for the neutral IV set and I think that, however the original poster chooses, they have been thoroughly informed about their options. ^w^ <3
