Which Minerva?

So, I got another Minerva on my free summon. -HP +Res. My current Minerva is neutral, and has the Hauteclere refine so she's got 43 HP.

Here is Minerva's stat spread

Mid 40 31 33 32 22
High 43 34 36 35 25

Merging Minerva adds 1 point to HP and 1 point to speed. If I choose to run with neutral Minerva, she'll have 44 HP and 22 res. If I choose +Res Minerva, she'll have 40 HP and 25 Res, upon whom I would then use a res boosting seal perhaps.

So which is better? My Minerva is a generalist tank. Is neutral HP better by default because she has more of it, and because it helps her overall tankiness? I keep confusing myself lol.
