Which M Corrin
I have two, one probably getting foddered for his B skill,
1.-atk,+res
2.-res,+hp
So first of all I am aware this site says 1 is the least optimal and in general -atk is never the preferred, but his res being a super boon actually puts him at 38 res making him an excellent mixed tank, and a lot of the people I would have him fight in the arena would probably end up being L!Tiki and H!Myrrh since he could stop their follow ups, and I feel like the -3 atk loss can be made up for in Special triggers. That being said I have not had too much time to even raise either up or test things out with him, so just looking for opinions if you have them, like if you also have a -atk and seem to have a hard time killing things or just opinions in general.
May be worth mentioning but I have extra Sturdy Breath, Aether, and can get a lighting breath if I really wanted, but would only be considered for the +res one, but even then probably not (already have a +10 Nowi that can do it better) So any opinions appreciated, sorry for long post!

Basically the question boils down to whether you like his res at all. If you like it, then you go +res -atk because he does hit hard enough despite the bane (and if not then you add ally support and/or a buff); if you don't like it then you avoid the atk bane.
Already having Nowi+10 does make the matter kind of interesting. Would you consider to fodder both copies? Null follow-up is really good if you know how to use it.

I've considered it, but I'd like to keep him for certain game modes (like squad assault or blessing battles since I have them at fire/earth) where I can only use my Nowi once, so for earlier or easier fights where I could use a tanky blue magic dealer I have two options. Though the question of who to use only one Null follow up has been quite the ordeal to figure out

Legault and some fast tank like Nowi +spd or Libra are definitely my top two picks for null follow-up. Sothe is really good if you want to make people cry in arena using a WoM dancer. (Actually, maybe even in AR if you use a WoM healer)
I get what you're saying about assault modes and it's a good idea. But if you really want to fodder both copies, I think you're ok if you have 18+ units of every blessing with good balance and coverage.

Corrin shines as a support unit first. So, -atk is not so bad if you're going to make him a tanky cheer leader. He makes getting passed his S partner extremely hard. The +HP does increase his bulk which technically can make up a bit for the -res. It also gives room for skills like infantry pulse and panic ploy. Mine is +res, but I'm still considering a better iv option tbh.
