I have a +Spd/-Res and a +Def/-Res regular Lucina.

According to the new analysis, +def is better?

Mostly depends on the build. She can reach high speeds without a speed boon, while a defense boon can help her tank better.

I'd personally go for a defense boon over a speed boon in this case. She has, what, 36 neutral speed, and like 25 neutral defense?

And she has a defense superboon.
